Ingredients
  • 3 lbs boneless pork roast (I used center cut)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • sea salt, to taste

Instructions
  1. Season the pork with salt, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and place it in slow cooker.
  2. Combine broth, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and honey and pour over pork.
  3. Set timer to 4 hours on high (or 6-8 on low.)
  4. Once it is done, shred pork with a fork and pour sauce over it.
  5. Enjoy!
