Oh my, was this ever so good. Best part was that it took all of 5 minutes to prep and then proceeded to make the house smell heavenly! I roasted some Brussels sprouts to go along side it (and made some gnocchi for the kids.) Another hit!

Ingredients
- 3 lbs boneless pork roast (I used center cut)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- sea salt, to taste

Instructions
- Season the pork with salt, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and place it in slow cooker.
- Combine broth, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and honey and pour over pork.
- Set timer to 4 hours on high (or 6-8 on low.)
- Once it is done, shred pork with a fork and pour sauce over it.
- Enjoy!
