Skinny jean season has arrived! I don’t know about you, but I am feeling that those jeans are a little snugger than I’d like them to be. Maybe I had just a little too much fun this summer? Does that sound like you too?

If YOUR jeans are tight, you are uncomfortable and YOU find YOURSELF reaching for the oversized sweaters to hide the muffin top, then, it is time to do something about it before you are too far into the holiday season. It’s time to say good-bye to that extra spare tire and bring on the confidence to ROCK ANY OUTFIT THAT YOU WANT THIS FALL SEASON!

I am putting together an EPIC Skinny Jeans Challenge! Starting on October 17th for the next 5 weeks I am going to be helping you shed those unwanted inches and lbs by giving you 5 weeks of meal plans, recipes, daily motivation and tips to help you start and complete the program and get the results that you are looking for!

Each person is required to:

1. Do a Beachbody Fitness program which I will help you choose.

2. Replace 1 meal a day with Shakeology for the duration of the group.

As the kids go back to school, as your summer routine gets flipped upside down and life is crazy what is the first thing to get put on the back burner? OURSELVES Of course!!!

Do you feel like you are constantly starting over, making excuses or failing at starting or completing your health and fitness journey? Do you feel like the time is never right and you just can’t seem to get it together?! I feel ya… it’s called life! We are always overcommitted and under compensated! But, that doesn’t mean that your health should suffer! It’s time to make yourself a priority. SERIOUSLY, just 30 minutes a day can make a world of difference in your life!

The one thing that I have learned over the past few years is that no matter how crazy busy my life gets the most important thing I can do for my own sanity is workout and eat healthy. I know crazy right?!

This group will take you on a 37 day journey to cleaning up your nutrition, helping you create a routine of working out and eating healthy! You’re going to get constant support, accountability, meal plans, recipes and healthy swaps for your favorite tailgate recipes.

So what do you need to do? You need to commit to a fitness program from the Team Beachbody Library which I am going to help you do! You must commit to replacing 1 meal a day with Shakeology for the duration of the group and I MUST BE YOUR COACH!
